Mental Health

The Mental Health Program philosophy and goal is to provide accessible and respectful, evidenced-based practices treatment services to assist clients with improving their quality of life.

Treatment services are driven by client need and preference. The program serves adults with mild to moderate mental health disorders and those with co-occurring substance use disorders. Individual counseling is offered using modalities from Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is available for individuals who have experienced trauma.

Co-Occurring Recovery (CORE) is an integrated group for men and women who have a mild to moderate mental health disorders with a co-occurring substance use disorder. The group utilizes the curriculum CBT for Co-Occurring Disorders.
